تطبيق «بطولة حائل الدولية للخيل» تابع لـبطولة حائل الدولية لجمال الخيل العربية الأصيلة. اللجنة المنظمة للبطولة هي الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات، وتتولى KPIrex التشغيل التقني للتطبيق والمنصة على horse.kpirex.com. تنطبق هذه السياسة على التطبيق وعلى صفحات المنصة التي يفتحها التطبيق، مثل التسجيل وبطاقة الدخول والخريطة.
البيانات التي نجمعها
تسجيل حضور البطولة (اختياري)
عند التسجيل لحضور البطولة نجمع: الاسم، ورقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني (فقط إذا تطلّبه رابط التسجيل)، وعدد المرافقين، والأيام التي تختارها. ونُصدر لك بطاقة دخول برمز ورمز QR.
سجلات الحضور
عند مسح بطاقتك عند البوابات أو نقاط الدخول يُسجَّل وقت الدخول والخروج والبوابة واسم عضو فريق التنظيم الذي أجرى المسح، وقد تُخصَّص لك منطقة أو مقعد.
المساعد الذكي (اختياري)
عند استخدام «مساعد البطولة» نحفظ نص أسئلتك وردود المساعد ومعرّف المحادثة، مع قيمة مُرمَّزة (hash) مشتقة من عنوان IP بدلًا من العنوان نفسه. وإذا أعطيت المساعد رمز بطاقتك ليدلّك على مقعدك، يُستخدم الرمز لاسترجاع اسمك الأول ومناسبتك وبوابتك ومقعدك.
حسابات المنظمين وملاك الخيل
لا يمكن إنشاء حساب من داخل التطبيق؛ تُنشئ اللجنة المنظمة الحسابات لأعضاء فريق التنظيم وملاك الخيل. تشمل بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، والاسم، والمسمى الوظيفي، والجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ بصيغة مُجزّأة وليست نصًا مقروءًا)، ووقت آخر دخول. ونسجّل عنوان IP عند تسجيل الدخول وعند محاولات الدخول الفاشلة لأغراض الأمان.
بيانات ملاك الخيل التي تُدخلها اللجنة المنظمة قد تشمل: الاسم، ورقم الهوية، والجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني، والدولة، والمدينة، واسم الإسطبل، وبيانات الخيل ومشاركاتها، والطلبات التي يرفعها المالك من التطبيق وردود اللجنة عليها. يظهر اسم المالك علنًا مع خيله المشاركة في البرنامج والنتائج.
ويحفظ النظام كذلك ما يُدخله فريق التنظيم ضمن عملهم، مثل المهام والتقارير والطلبات والشكاوى.
الكاميرا
يستخدم فريق التنظيم الكاميرا لمسح رموز QR والباركود عند البوابات. تُقرأ الصورة على الجهاز ولا تُحفظ ولا تُرسل؛ يُرسل الرمز المقروء فقط.
ما يُحفظ على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك: رمز الدخول في سلسلة مفاتيح iOS (Keychain)، وبطاقات الدخول التي سجّلتها، وإعدادات محطة المسح لفريق التنظيم. يُحذف رمز الدخول عند تسجيل الخروج، ويُحذف الباقي بحذف التطبيق.
ما لا نجمعه
لا يطلب التطبيق موقعك الجغرافي، ولا يصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الميكروفون، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات أو أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إصدار بطاقات الدخول وتنظيم الحضور والبوابات والمقاعد.
- الإجابة عن أسئلتك عبر المساعد الذكي.
- إدارة البطولة: الخيل والمشاركات والبرنامج والنتائج وطلبات الملاك وأعمال فريق التنظيم.
- الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، مثل سجل الدخول وتحديد عدد مرات التسجيل من العنوان الواحد خلال ساعة.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. يطّلع عليها أعضاء فريق التنظيم المخوّلون حسب صلاحياتهم، وتعالج بعضها جهات خدمة خارجية:
- مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي: تُرسل أسئلتك وسياق المحادثة ومعلومات البطولة العامة إلى مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي لتوليد الرد، هو Anthropic (Claude) أو OpenAI حسب إعداد المنصة، ومعها بيانات البطاقة المذكورة أعلاه إذا أعطيت المساعد رمزها. لا تكتب في المحادثة معلومات لا ترغب في مشاركتها.
- الاستضافة: تُحفظ البيانات وتُعالج على خوادم سحابية لدى Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- محافظ البطاقات: إذا اخترت إضافة بطاقتك إلى Google Wallet تُرسل إلى Google بيانات البطاقة: اسمك ومقعدك وبوابتك ورمز البطاقة وبيانات المناسبة. وإذا أضفتها إلى Apple Wallet يرسل جهازك إلى خادمنا معرّف تسجيل ورمز إشعارات خاصًا بالبطاقة لتحديثها عبر خدمة إشعارات Apple.
- خدمات المحتوى: يحمّل التطبيق خطوطه من Google Fonts، وتعرض الخريطة صورًا فضائية من Esri (ArcGIS)؛ وتتلقى هاتان الجهتان بيانات اتصال تقنية مثل عنوان IP عند التحميل.
- روابط الأخبار الخارجية تُفتح في متصفحك وتخضع لسياسات المواقع الناشرة.
حفظ البيانات وحمايتها
ينتقل كل اتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّرًا عبر HTTPS، وتُحفظ كلمات المرور بصيغة مُجزّأة، ويُحفظ رمز الدخول في Keychain على جهازك.
لا توجد حاليًا مدة حذف تلقائية؛ تبقى البيانات محفوظة حتى تُحذف بناءً على طلبك أو بقرار من اللجنة المنظمة. أما سجل حدّ التسجيل المرتبط بعنوان IP فيُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ساعة.
حقوقك وطلب حذف البيانات
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وطلب حذف حسابك إن كنت من المنظمين أو ملاك الخيل. أرسل طلبك إلى notify@kpirex.com مع ما يساعدنا على التحقق منك، مثل رمز بطاقتك أو رقم الجوال المسجّل أو اسم المستخدم، ولا ترسل كلمة المرور.
ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدام المساعد في أي وقت، وحذف البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك بحذف التطبيق.

عند تعديل هذه السياسة ننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.

Who we are
The “بطولة حائل الدولية للخيل” app (Hail International Arabian Horse Show) belongs to the Hail International Arabian Horse Show. The championship’s organizing committee is responsible for the data, and KPIrex operates the app and the platform at horse.kpirex.com on its behalf. This policy covers the app and the platform pages the app opens, such as registration, entry cards, and the map.
Data we collect
Attendance registration (optional)
When you register to attend, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (only if the registration link requires it), number of companions, and the days you choose. We then issue an entry card with a code and a QR code.
Attendance records
When your card is scanned at gates or entry points, we record entry and exit times, the gate, and the name of the staff member who scanned it. You may also be assigned a zone or seat.
AI assistant (optional)
When you use the championship assistant, we store your questions, the assistant’s replies, and a conversation ID, together with a hashed value derived from your IP address instead of the address itself. If you give the assistant your card code to find your seat, the code is used to look up your first name, event, gate, and seat.
Organizer and horse-owner accounts
Accounts cannot be created inside the app; the organizing committee creates them for staff and horse owners. Account data includes username, name, job title, mobile number, email address, password (stored hashed, never as readable text), and last sign-in time. For security, we record the IP address of sign-ins and failed sign-in attempts.
Horse-owner data entered by the organizing committee may include name, national ID number, mobile number, email address, country, city, stable name, horse and participation details, and the requests an owner submits in the app together with the committee’s replies. An owner’s name is shown publicly alongside their participating horses in the program and results.
The system also stores what staff enter as part of their work, such as tasks, reports, requests, and complaints.
Camera
Staff use the camera to scan QR codes and barcodes at gates. The image is processed on the device and is neither stored nor sent; only the decoded code is sent.
Data stored on your device
The app stores on your device: your sign-in token in the iOS Keychain, the entry cards you registered, and scanner-station settings for staff. The sign-in token is removed when you sign out; the rest is removed when you delete the app.
What we don’t collect
The app does not request your location and does not access your contacts, photos, or microphone. It contains no ads, analytics, or tracking.
How we use data
- To issue entry cards and manage attendance, gates, and seating.
- To answer your questions through the AI assistant.
- To run the championship: horses, entries, program, results, owner requests, and staff work.
- For security and abuse prevention, such as the sign-in log and limiting registrations from one address per hour.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Authorized organizing staff can access it according to their permissions, and some of it is processed by external service providers:
- AI provider: your questions, the conversation context, and public championship information are sent to an external AI provider to generate replies — Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, depending on the platform setting — along with the card details described above if you give the assistant your card code. Do not type anything in the chat that you don’t want to share.
- Hosting: data is stored and processed on cloud servers at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Wallet passes: if you choose to add your card to Google Wallet, the card details — your name, seat, gate, card code, and event details — are sent to Google. If you add it to Apple Wallet, your device sends our server a registration ID and a pass-specific push token so the card can be updated through Apple’s push notification service.
- Content services: the app loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and the map shows satellite imagery from Esri (ArcGIS); these providers receive technical connection data such as your IP address when content loads.
- External news links open in your browser and are subject to the publishers’ own policies.
Storage and security
All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and your sign-in token is kept in the Keychain on your device.
There is currently no automatic deletion period: data is kept until it is deleted at your request or by decision of the organizing committee. The registration rate-limit record tied to your IP address is deleted automatically after one hour.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and staff and horse owners can request deletion of their account. Send your request to notify@kpirex.com with something that helps us verify you, such as your card code, registered mobile number, or username — never your password.
You can stop using the assistant at any time, and delete the data stored on your device by deleting the app.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
